Back at Blueprint. It’s packed. I’m working on code while dealing with a Tunecore metadata problem. It’s amazing how little the support staff are willing to do extra due diligence to address a problem from its source. I had an interaction with Jane two days ago, and instead of my response to Jane going to Jane, it went to a pool I guess, and someone named Sophia picked up from where Jane left off. It’s insanity to have a conversation with someone about an issue that can’t be solved in one email, and then to have someone else respond to the initial email without checking context. So much wasted time and energy.
I’d like to consult with Tunecore on how to improve its support system. Who do I need to talk to?
